Rushing For Works

Life's getting hard when things all cramp together. I am now working hard on my animation project. Everything seems to be rushing as we had a due date to limit our free time. Me and my group members are working on a short animation for APICTA which I have no confident of winning the award or so. We are simply given not enough time to do everything. I really tired now and kinda scare becoz of the due date. Haiz......

Seriously, I want to have a proper holiday since we sacrificed entire week of our mid break. We work twice harder than we were in the previous semester. I am so pissed off now...... I want to watch movie but guess what? I got works binding me...... Now, I hope we can at least got some award in that stupid competition!

How to Train Your Dragon

So, I had watched this movie in both 2D and 3D cinemas. It was an awesome movie! Most would have say the designs and the characters looks good and the story was touching blah blah blah. For me, I am in love with the fluent animation with the nice secondary animation and the dynamic camera shooting. There are many scenes which you can just screen cap one of them and use as your wallpaper. I like the mood and the lighting in the movie. It is hard for me to explain why this is a good movie. Anyway, I enjoyed the movie pretty much like most of the people and I am so glad that I watched it twice. The 3D version is something you would like to spend 18 bugs on. It's definitely worth for the price. I wish to have a 3D monitor now, so I can watch this movie at my home with 3D experience! I just love this movie! ^^

I give 9.5 out of 10 for this movie. There were some plagiarized designs in this movie, but still, the over all presentation is definitely breath taking!

The Tall And The Short: Animatic Part I

The Tall And The Short: Animatic Part I

This is the animatic of my coming assignment. I did this animatic just to preview the story structure to the lecturers so that they understand the frame of my story. It's about two robots' journey for the search of fuel. One is tall and one is short. They help each other during the quest.

I want to portray them as human with bond of friendship that they are willing to do anything for each other. I will continue the second part as I was kinda busy to deal with the second part.

My Encounter With A Porcupine

Right about 5 days ago, I encountered an unexpected creature on my way to my campus to pick up an friend. It was like 9 p.m. at night. I was driving my car one the road with 4 people on board. It was like one of those usual pick up travel. We were talking bout some random stuff and blah blah blah. I noticed a stupid car at my back, sticking close to me and totally ignored the fact that it was a dangerous way of driving. I cursed him of course.

It happened in a sudden, I saw something jumped out from the bush! I thought it was a dog or cat, but as my car get nearby, I saw sharp needles looking thingies at the back of that creature! Holly, it was a porcupine! I thought of stopping but the bloody idiot was sticking too close to me and I know if I stop things will get worse and people on board would have danger. So, I decided not to stop. "Bam", I ran over that poor animal.

I checked the tyre and I saw spines stuck on it. No doubt I had killed that poor animal as I notice there were some blood stains on the tyre. I was sad for a long period. Knowing that I had killed an innocent animal which was also a protected species, I felt pain in my heart.

The next day, I saw some guys on the roadside carrying some huge cages with spines came out, I immediately understand why in the hell that innocent porcupine was there at the first place. Those were the people hunted illegally for rare animals. They sold these animals to restaurant and collectors. Porcupine's meat is rare to be found and so many rich asses would pay high for the taste of the meat. Can you believe this entire incident happened just right in front of the traffic light before LIMKOKWING? Fuck those stupid rich ass! I hope they grow spines on their asses after they ate those porcupine! Fuck those hunters and hope they killed by wild animals!

Rain! Rain! Rain!

Yepee, today rained a good rain! The temperature is cooling down and it's a good news to all SK residents! Our place is so hot and sometimes I sweat in my blanket. YUKE! I went to the play ground with my housemates just now. It was suppose to be some sort of after dinner walk and relaxation, to help the digestion. However, we people were just too kiddy and we spent most of the time on seesaw. Lame......

Anyway, I have to cut out all these fun and get back to work. Tons of works are waiting for me. Haiz...... I want to play......

I'm Addicted to PC Games

So,been a while since my last journal. I've been busy for a few weeks. First, I went to my friend's place in Batu Pahat, then I attended my grandfather's funeral and get myself a real short hair cut. Before the sem break came, I was addicted to a FPS (first person shooting game) Borderland. It was a really challenging game as it is not as simple as CS. It is a great game, combined with RPG and FPS features, which allowed you to upgrade and level up your character like RPG. The graphic was nice and the skills attributions were fascinating. I enjoyed the game for almost a month until I finished it three times with 3 different characters out of four. I somehow got bored as I was able to memorize every single way of breaking the game. Still, it is a great game and I really recommend it to all gunners in DA.

I got bored with the game and I moved on to another ARPG, Divinity II: Ego Draconis which I am still struggling in the dungeon. It is a game for anyone who have faith in their passions of breaking games perfectly. I kinda messed up some quest in the start of the game and missed some items and EXP points. It is a game which allow you to play character in both forms of human and dragon. You were suppose to be a Slayer who was destined to slay dragons, however, at the 2/4 of the story, you found out the truth behind the Slayer Academy as the last Dragon Knight transferred her power to you before her death. So, you became the Dragon Knight whom you sworn to kill at the start of the game. This is a great game and it has nothing to do with Dragon Age: Origins. It is a very very very hard game, which I found it is even harder than most of the existing RPGs in the market. Damn Larian Studio...... So hard...... You can also create your own pet as partner of yours on your journey of pursuing the butchering the final villain, Damien. you will have to collect limbs of your pet by slaying beast and later join them into a beast. Funny but interesting!

It is a game with great freedom, allowing you to explore the entire world (really big world). Despite the lagging of the graphic (if you set it to the highest), this is a game for anyone who love to explore and adventure.

After this game, I will then move to Prince of Persia or Dragon Age: Origins which I saw many good reviews of the game!
