My Wishlist Of 2009

In the movie of "Forest Gump", there was this scene where a prostitute said, "it's new year, everyone deserves a new start of life. Everything can be started over again. I wish to have a new start, a new start of my life.

Here are my wishes of 2009, the year of Bull in Chinese Zodiac. Some for me and some for my friends. These are my sincere wish:

1. I wish to improve my drawing, illustrating, and painting skills.
2. I wish to see all my friends all gather again.
3. I wish my brother study well in Japan.
4. I wish my family......
5. I wish Li-jean and Chjio go well all the time.
6. I wish Pikachu has a happy and smooth life in Canada.
7. I wish to have a better PC.
8. I wish a world without war and sacrifice.
9. I wish my Deviant Art page view climbs higher.

This is the last post I'm posting this year. Hope God knows my wishes and grant me a better year.

My Supporters

2008 is the year I started my animation learning. Surely, I learned quite a lot in this year. Though I found very slow of my improvement, but at least I met a lot of people, great people and learned a lot from them. Like they said, "experience of others are teachers to one". I appreciated great effort of my lecturers toward my improvement. Both Mr.Marvy and Cesar granted me the skill of animating; learning softwares from Mr.Mawvy and Miss Aizati was pretty challenging but interesting. After Effect was such a splinter to me; our joker Adam led me to the road of advancing my Photoshop skill and eventually dragged me to the world of CG illustrating. These were the lecturers of my class during the past two semesters. I here by thank them for being great teachers and elder friends of mine.

Friends were the source of power pushed me to go through numerous hardships during this year. I do not know how to express my feeling of appreciation to them......

Zeraato, thanks for the helps in all of my CG works, you inspired me to take challenges in producing my works. Oz, you were always there to be a joker to cheer me up, sometimes a friend to listen to my hardship. Pikachu, you were the best player to look for when I wished to look for a versus, too bad we can't graduate together. Eichi17, your arts and works were always explosive, great enough to inspire me to work harder on my works. Chibichibi Zero, welcome to the group, me happy to meet you. Li-jean, I was always an emo guy during this year, but you were always there to be the person, willingly to listen to my sadness and share your kindness. Chjio, I just couldn't figure out any way to thank you...... You had done a lot for me, perhaps too much. Matsuo, AoiTsubas, Suchalonedisskins, TG, and Alan, you guys were the best bro through out the whole year! I just like to see you all came in a pack. And lastly, my new friends in Sarawak, Cameralance, Vswingv, Evilmatter, Bloodhaunt, Satriakid, and AJ, thanks for being my friends...... So glad to meet you guys.

Friends, without you and your support, Neilwasabi will not be the same.

A Cousin's Wedding

Today, I went to my cousin's wedding. She is same aged with me, which mean nineteen. I do not wish to mention her name as I have no right to put her name on blog without really asking her permission. Beside, we had not spoken to each other for......(still counting)...... eight years, even though she live just a few kilometer away from my home. Well, congratulation to my cousin.

As usual Chinese folks' wedding dinner, guests were invited to get into the dinning hall, we sat on our seat, random chats, some uncles and aunties sang 70's old Mandarin songs, eat, chat, YUM SING, kiss kiss time, eat, eat more then good bye. Honestly, I don't like this kind of dinner. I think it is so out dated...... Anyway, no point commenting it. As if it will help to improve......

But...... I was thinking of something during the dinner. Well, more like a questioning.

Is it really necessary for one to marry that early? I mean, life just started to go merrier as liberty is always given in this kind of age. Unless, you or your partner is pregnant, otherwise don't rush and make yourself bind to he (or she). Why? Love is not that easy. How long do you know your partner? Two years? Three? Four? Come on. Are you sure you want to stick with the same people for the rest of your life? Are you sure you love him as much as present for the rest of your life? Anyone who starting to question him or herself now should get a quiet place and start thinking about it. Sweet is love now but bitter it will be if both husband and wife can not take the challenge of time.

I'm not saying love is bitter all the time, but only time can prove the sincerity of each other. Curiosity and sudden decision might bring disappointment to each other. Once you have a kid, the situation will be even worse! Trust me, if the couple can no longer love each other so will the child suffers in their mistake. Divorce might be the solution, but it is not the best for the child. No one can guarantee how will the future be. Be spectacular, and think more before signing on the paper.

I did not mean to say bad stuff of my cousin's decision. I wish her and her husband have a happy future. Too many cases of failure I had seen in my life. Certainly I wish not to see her suffers in such hardship. Well, wish my cousin good luck and a happy marriage!

Lucky Star Konata Figma Haruhi Ver.

Mmm...... I want this Figma...... Yeah, although I already got a normal version of Konata figma, but this Haruhi Version was the one I wished to get initially. (T__T) Too bad I couldn't find it wherever in Kl. So sad......

Why Haruhi version? Well, believe me or not I started watching Lucky Star right after my ex-housemate showed me the 12nd episode of Lucky Star which Konata cosplayed as Haruhi in a cosplay cafe shop. Trust me, the costume suits this chibi little girl very much. Thanks for Aya Hirano for making her voice so cute. (>v<)

Actually this version of Konata is not much different from the original one... nah, the Haruhi suit is the selling point of this Figma. The mean face! Cool leh! But I'm not buying the Haruhi Figma! (>M<)

Hehe, I'm not saying that the original version is not nice. Honestly, I been looking forward to get this Figma since half year ago. It was posted on Dengeki Hobby. I'm a super fan of Lucky Star (everyone in class know). Although the series had already updated to Yuki already, but I have no intention oof buying any new Lucky Star series Figma. But! If only the company decided to release Kuroi Sensei Figma, I will buy it for sure! (>0<)

Superrobot Wars Z

Super Robots Wars Z or Supper Robots Taisen Z...... Whatever! This is the game which I currently cracking my brain to finish. Guess none of you is fans of this game. I myself started the my first game of the series under SRW Alpha 3. Trust me, this game title has a very long history even starting from NES.

Well, as usual, the game require player to pick one character from a few selection. This time however we were given only two. It's either a guy or a girl. Since I can't read Japanese I can't even understand a word from this game and so I do not know the name of my character. I pick the girl since the guy character is such a big black red haired Ojisang...... Gosh! From the forum I only know the girl named 节子. Strange, it means key for music. Well, not a big deal.

I enjoy this game very much. Unlike Alpha 3, this time the system is better as the team tagging system makes the game so much easier and interesting. The batter animations are getting better and better. Too bad this time I can't get chance to use Mazin Kaiser and Shin Getter, not to mention the super GaoGaiGer. Talk about robots in this game, Banpresto imported God Gravion which apparently is taking over GaoGaiGer's position to become the new super 'Gatai Robot'. At first, player can only use a thin robot of Gravion which looked very powerless. Then, once the pilot's morale risen to 130, player will be given special command to Gatai into God Gravion. So hard right? Luckily after a few chapter, player will get to use God Gravion right away. Then you will get Gravion Sword after a few more chapter and finally you will be given Super God Gravion in chapter forty something. Since I can't read Japanese, I just call it Super God Gravion.

This time, the character's story can be said as...... as...... mmmm...... a bit too sad! For a girl! I mean the character. She kept losing friends all around her. First was her bald headed captain, then a guy who I thought would be her boyfriend (these two were killed by a same villain) and lastly a new friend of her (betrayed her at the middle half of the story). She then discovered herself losing her sense of taste, slowly becoming something inhuman.

Sad...... I like the story and struggling to finish the game. I try to collect as many Bonus Point as I can in the game, but this eventually making my gaming time longer and longer... longer...... longer......

Wish Kotobukiya releases more SRW model with cheaper price. Though I probably won't buy anyone of those...... I need money for my PC! Shit!

My Boring Christmas...... (T____T)

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! Well, guess most of you would had spent the past few hours hanging out with friends, having big and nice turkey meal, unwrapping Christmas presents from friends and family......

If you get to do one of these, congratulation for being nice kid through out the whole year. Me spent my Christmas by watching Death Note. Huh? Why? No why, it was just because of I'm a lonely guy being trapped in my house...... Well, I watched ep I and II while surfing net. Trust me, it was way so boring.

Watching this movie made me remember my presentation of: Kira, A Symbol of Justice or Evil? Well, guess none of you will know it course it was just a lousy presentation with a pack of chart and data.

Now, you might think I'm a stupid guy who has nothing better to do than keep doing posting work on blog. Honestly, yes, I am. Seriously, I got no mood to draw currently. Depressingly, works made me stressed too much and I barely have any spirit to do any developing work. Sadly, I am so shame of myself.

Anyway, Santa never drop by my house so I guess it's okay for me to stay up late. Hope everyone receive what they wish to receive! Hohoho!

My Favorite Game Character Elly

Xenogears...... Anyone know this game? Heard of it? Ever got a CD of it? Finished it?

No? Too bad......

Though this game is way so old but honestly, it is one of the most complicated game I ever played. My total playing time is 79 hours. If plus in the time for reset and pausing will be...... more than 90 hours...... I think......This is my favorite game ever! Xenogears has a deep and detailed story line. I'm totally impressed by the plot of the story. Robot + Kung Fu + Romance......

Where was I? Oh yeah, Elly! Honestly, the story behind this girl is very confusing. Not to mention who she actually is but also there is another personality within her. Being a mysterious character, Elly sure bears a sad background of her past. Even until now I still can't understand her past totally...... What a shame......

Anyway, I'm planning to do some fan art for her. Why? No reason but just to make myself remember her forever. I like her personality very much (before Miang arised). Why? Oh well, she is so cute as she always blur around in the first part of the story and became extremely emo in the second part. Oh, how adorable! At first, i thought she would die in the end of the story, but she appeared to be the main key to bring back the peaceful land...... Bla bla bla bal...... Well, she was ok at the end. When Fei brought down Weltall (I forgot the spelling, hope it's correct) and Elly was in his arm...... Wah, so touching!!!!!

Oh yeah, the cut scene animations of the game are the best animations I ever seen! Bloody Square sold Xeno project to Namco...... Go check Youtube if you interest in the animation! Trust me you will like it!

Me

A picture which tell me who I am, what I want to be, what I like and how I am. Pretty much like a mind map but with rather poor information.

For those who can read Chinese you will know who is my favourite singer. For those who can't...... Well, please go and ask those who can!

I made myself as a rather blur character as I always find it hard and confuse to make a decision...... Yeah, like most of my friends said, I lack of confidence. May be, this links to why I always lose hope to this world......

Anyway, I am a rather idealistic guy as I always behave stupidly, work damn hard to archive something. Most of the time, I failed...... I am such a loser of life......

Comic Fiesta

A friend of mine who I met in Kuching few weeks ago. The initial idea of visiting the Comic Fiesta was because of a promise which I made with my friends, Zeraato, Satriakid, vswingv, AJ, and Bloodhaunt. Honestly, I had no idea how the event was going to be like. However, I finally realized how stupid I was as I thought it would only be an event not better than GACC.

I enjoy the atmosphere in the hall. As I walked around, I saw Otakus and Cosplayers ran around and hang around as if they know each other. One thing I found very touching was the link between each goer of the event. They respect each others' interests and did not interfere each others' works. We asked before taking photos and that was cool!

Doujin works were every way! I bought a few art books and some badges which contain artworks of Haruhi, Yuki, Mirkuru and Hatsune Miku.

I took almost 1G of photo with my Naonao MK-II (SLR Camera). Through out the two days, my favourite cosplayer(s) would be a BASARA Gang! Their costumes were unbelievable! And my favourite photo would be the photo of vswingv who cosplayed a character who I do not know. Anyway, hope she don't mind I posting her picture on this blog.
