Book Fair

So, few days ago I just mentioned my intention of going to the book fair, and today (technically it's yesterday) I went to the book fair with my housemate. It wasn't a good event. Honestly, I can hardly feel any significant change of it from the past few times. Ok, it's much more systematic and you can say it's really better than the previous book fair. However, I really felt like the organizers did not arrange the section as the way of a book fair should be. It's way so difficult to get a single book you desire for. It was like shopping in Pasar Malam, where these booths are actually selling almost same kind of stuffs. I was looking for books and tutorial guide of 3D Max, but throughout the two or three hours in the convention hall, I was pretty much like wasting my time. At the end, I can only found less than ten books about the topic which I desire. Holly! Still, there was good thing happened. I somehow spotted few of my high school friends and we chatted for couple of minutes. That was so cool to me. I had not seen them for more than one year.
So, I bought a book of 3Ds Max which cost 56$ before discount and 44.8$ after discount. I considered it as a good result! It was a weary day and I really dun want to out for the next few weeks. I kinda miss my assignment now...... Strange?

My First 3D Animation!

So, this is my first 3D animation, bouncing ball. Used to did that back to 2D class, but this time it's much more challenging even with the aid of the software. Many of my friends did very creative works. i stick to the easy just to get the timing correct and much more believable. So, enjoy the "ball"! ^^

What Should I do?

I just bought a PSP and thank god for it, I am officially broke. But, who care? I enjoy my new console!

Still, I'm broke and guess what? The book fair is here! Holly mother! I just cannot resist this event! It will be a great chance for me to stock more books! However, there no way of buying any book if u have no money in your pocket. I'm toasted! I can still recall the good time when I used to go book fair with my brother. Thank god, he is in Japan now and he can buy all he can find...... if he has money! My housemate asked me to join him to the book fair. Though I said I will be going, but deep in my mind, I really don't feel like going. Damn it! If only there's some people who can sponsor me...... What should I do?

School......

So, after like two weeks of learning in this new semester, I can only give a one word comment, "BORED"! In this semester, I got only 5 subject which include no final. It was pretty awesome, at least not until I found myself lost interest in learning what I'm suppose to learn this semester. As expected, we were cheated. No MAYA...... Damn LIMKOKWING. None of the assignment seems to be interesting to be fulfilled. I get no mood of study or even attending class. I hope I can get rid of such attitude. So, the following is my subject and elaboration of each subjects requirement as well as assignment.

• Animation Practice 4: Nothing seems to be so different, except there is no more 2D drawings and Mr. Marvy...... which eventually made me feel uncomfortable. Guess what? We are doing basic animation with 3DS Max! +_+

• 3D Animation: A very similar subject to AP4, just that it focus more on constructing character. Then, why in the hell not just call it 3D modeling? We have to build a realistic man body. NAKED! No original design......

• 3D Environment and FX: Sound cool! We have to build a 3D environment and with water and bla bla bla natural setting. Kinda hard.
  

• Production 2: Holly, Cesar's class again...... I ain't gonna say anything about this. Just hope I'll enjoy the class.

• Research Methodology: Read, search, ask and write. Need to tell more?

That's it for my class. Nothing is so WOW and so I'm getting a bit disappointed. I really wish something caught my attention and eventually make me like my classes. Well, at least I got a new friend. A senior to me in all sort of terms.

It's been a while since I last wrote something on this blog....... Finally, I got my own PSP! A black 3006 Play Station Portable! Yeepee! Thanks to grandmum, I finally got the money to buy this "toy"! So, I've been wasting my time playing Monster Hunter, a really awesome game which you actually play a role of a hunter in a simulated world of monsters!

Class started. As usual, the beginning is kinda relaxing as there ain't much works to be worried about. Honestly, I really don't like this semester. Why? I'll keep it a secret......

Nothing much to talk about my current life. Been doing a lot of useless stuffs and keeping myself busy with the game. Hopefully the assignments will eventually get me back to the track. Hopefully......

Doraemon Movie!

Doraemon: Nobita's New Adventure into the Magic Planet

It's been a while since I last wrote about Anime. Today, I watched a Doraemon Movie, which was a 2 hours length animated movie. How should I put this? Erm, this animated movie is something like a remake of an existed Doraemon Movie. According to the poster on top, fans of Doraemon should have figure out which series I meant. Alright, this is a nice movie. Nothing much I want to complaint about, however the story was editted and it's barely base on the original. The new version sure added a lot of new components and features, but it's merely satisfying the old fans of Doraemon (I'm one of them). The new movie skipped a lot of scene in the original story. I was much pissed as I was expecting the how well the new production team can handle the movie to be like. But still, if you treat this movie as a non relevant feature to the original, it's still a great movie. Man, I really love Doraemon......

Hope you guys get interest in this movie as well! It's a nice anime!

Sick......

It's been 2 days ald...... I've been feeling ill for 2 days......

Hey hey hey, I can guarantee it's not H1N1 for sure! Bloody hell, curse the stupid viruses infecting my throat making me coughing for few days!

Ok, I just watched Transformers 2 for the second time in cinema. Me and my mum watched the show in Seremban Jusco. It was kind of strange to actually watch such movie with one of your parent. Lol, she was amazed by the CGI! After the show, we kinda shared the same opinion about the movie. Like, how sucks the story was, how cool were the robots and how stupid was the actors and actresses. Mum was like a curious child kept asking how were those CGIs done, and when will I learn those techniques. Wow, she was totally impressed by the awesomeness of current technology. I tell you what, the best way to make your parents agree with your choices is to show them the awesomeness of the works you are about to create!

We went for a Ramen meal right after the movie. It was a nice meal!

I checked my result online just a day before this. I can only say, I'm okay with the result I was given. Ok, and fine. I know some of my friends ain't getting the deserving results and I can absolutely understand how frustrated they are at the moment. But, there ain't nothing I can do with...... Friends, I know how well you guys did and I can say you guys deserve better result!
